When a problem hits an area in your life that is very important to you then the problem is likely going to result in a very negative and emotional response. 

Stress can sneak in.. is there no solution?


Stress is a state of helplessness that we reach when we believe that nothing can be done to fix a life area that we truly care about. Stress is also telling you to take action. 


If your mindset is better equipped to face the problem then maybe you wouldn't feel so stressed. If you believe that you are stuck and there is no way out you'll feel helpless. 


'It is only your belief that the existing problem can never be solved'


It's a matter of training your thoughts to being inquisitive and open to finding positive solutions.. followed up with positive actions which will lead you to finding a 'solution'.
