"Don’t Reach for the Quick Fix"
Sometimes the craving for distraction, the urge to numb out, or the need to “just feel better” fast isn’t about solving a real problem, it’s about avoiding one.
Quick fixes offer temporary relief, but they often make us feel worse and then pull us further from the truth we really need to face. Whether it's bad habits, or behaviours, taking substance, it might be worth asking: What am I trying not to feel right now?
Growth begins when we stop running and start listening to our soul. Sit with the discomfort. There’s wisdom in what hurts, and healing in what we’re willing to face. The cycle never ends until you choose to do the work!
