It's like discussing an old movie you once watched. You are no longer triggered. You no longer regress.
It has no negative effect on you at all. There is no attachment to it at all. You no longer feel a victim.
You are no longer bitter, angry, or sad about your past.
That's when you know you've healed 🙏
