You might ask yourself.. how can i feel better when I'm in such pain, and how can I think positive thoughts when I'm in pain ?
You are where you are, you are in pain.. but while you're experiencing the pain you can either be 'hopeful or fearful' Same pain but different emotional response to it.
Try shifting your thoughts, your mood, your attitude, and your responses to hopeful so it can help with the healing process 🌸
