Meditation will give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that will benefit your emotional well-being and your overall health. It does not have to be sitting in a still position.
Meditation can simply be doing something that you enjoy.
Here's some ideas...
1.Walking/riding in beautiful surroundings with pleasurable high frequency music.
2. Sitting outdoors in nature, or just a quiet room at home and simply doing some day dreaming.
3. If you live in the city you can sit alone somewhere with headphones listening to relaxing music.
Meditation is about being alone with self, with no one distracting you..
