Being alone after a breakup is the best time to meditate. Make sure you use this time to get to know yourself.
Its time to self-enquire.. have conversations with yourself, regress into your past relationship problems, study your thoughts, your feelings, your actions.
Ask yourself the hard questions? own all the participations you took part in.
What did you learn from it? Most importantly are you going to continue your same patterns?
Make sure you are at your best when you start dating again. If you don't' then you will continually keep having the same problems with a different face.
