Accept the situation for what it is.
If you can't change what is happening, then start thinking on ways to manage what is happening. Find positive ways to cope with it. Find positive things to guide yourself through it and out of it.
If you focus on resisting the situation.. it will only manifest bigger and bigger in your thoughts.
