Weight Loss -Wellness Coach

I am a weight loss/wellness coach 🌸

And I know what works for me! Perhaps it will work for you too. 

I've been the same weight and structure since the age of 17. I've always practiced researching vitamins and healthy foods for healthy living from an early age coming from a health conscious family background...

but I never enjoyed exercise so I never bothered until more recently.

 

It's important to obtain a combination of healthy eating, the right vitamin intake and the physical exercise you love doing!


'Its a must that you find an exercise routine that you 'love doing'


I decided to start my exercise routine only 5 years ago after discovering I have scoliosis and arthritis of the lower spine, my exercise routine has helped me tremendously with the daily discomfort.


After watching my menopausal body change eg: muscle loss, crepe skin, cellulite etc..

I now see and feel the benefits in staying active for my own physical and mental health.


Now at 56 I absolutely 'love' my pilates, light weights and dance exercise. 


I thrive on coaching women in their fifties going through menopause. We must learn to accept but also find ways to embrace the emotional, mental and physical changes we are going through.

It's so important to look after our well-being.🌸
