Even though I've been the same weight and structure since the age of 17 Ive never liked exercise so I never bothered until more recently.

It's a combination of healthy eating, and the physical exercise I love doing!
'You must find an exercise routine that you 'love doing'
I decided to start my exercise routine only 4 years ago after discovering I have scoliosis of the lower spine and pilates will help with the daily discomfort. After watching my menopausal body change eg: muscle loss, crepe skin, cellulite etc..
I now know it's a 'must' for me to feel good physically and mentally.
Now at 55 I absolutely 'love' my pilates, light weights and dance exercise.
I thrive on coaching women in their fifties 🌸
