When you give yourself too freely when dating, it often comes from a beautiful place of hope, openness, the longing to be seen and loved. But spirit teaches balance. Energy poured out too soon wont multiply, it thins. You begin to leak your essence into people who haven’t earned it yet, offering intimacy before safety, devotion may not be returned.

The soul isn’t meant to be spent like loose change. It’s meant to be offered, consciously, where reciprocity lives. Love that rushes ahead may feel intoxicating, but it may leave the heart tired and the spirit dimmer.

There is power in pausing. In letting someone meet you, slowly, instead rushed. When you choose to give slowly, intentionally, you’re not withholding love, you’re honoring yourself. You must trust that what’s aligned will stay, without you overextending.

Spiritually, restraint isn’t bad. It’s reserving yourself for the right soul connection.
