Home fitness is a great way to stay active and healthy without having to leave the house. There are plenty of options. You can even use your own home furnishings 🌸

I use my foot stool for a body plank for balance, leg extensions, kick backs and the back of my chairs as a ballerina barre, and my walls for wall pilates 🌸

I show my clients how to be creative, and have fun with their daily exercise routine.
