Women’s Wellness Coaching Let’s be real: sugar is everywhere. But if you’re serious about losing weight, then reducing or even cutting out added sugar is one of the biggest game changers. I’ve learned that it’s not just about calories, sugar messes with your hunger, your energy, your mood, your overall health, and your progress. The more you eat it, the more your body craves it.

Since I cut back many years ago, I’ve had more stable energy, fewer cravings, better focus, and have consistently maintained a healthy body weight. When I'm coaching women over 50, we always start by looking at your food and nutrition.
