Women over 50 are often incredibly resourceful and resilient. You may find that this stage of life after raising children and managing a home brings you to a point where you now finally have more time to focus on your own personal fulfillment.

Some women find these life changes difficult. Having time for yourself again can be both exciting and challenging. It’s important to remember that feeling anxious or uncertain at a mature age is not a sign of weakness it simply means you're trying to find ways adjusting to a new chapter.


Therapy, mindfulness practices, meditation, support groups, and lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, healthy eating, reducing sugar and processed foods, and limiting alcohol intake can all help you get started to a healthier way of living.
