I am not a nutritionist, I am not a dietitian, I am not a fitness coach.

I am a Life Coach 🌸

And I know what works for me! Perhaps it will work for you too.

Even though I've been the same weight and structure since the age of 17 Ive never liked exercise so I never bothered until recently.

Many people think it's just lucky gene's, but after doing lots of research over the years I know what has worked for me.

It's a combination of food choices, un- locking emotional blocks and your mindset.

Then you must find an exercise routine that you 'love' doing.

I decided to start my exercise routine only 4 years ago after finding out I have scoliosis of the lower spine and pilates will help with the daily discomfort. And after watching my menopausal body change eg: muscle loss, crepe skin, cellulite etc..

I now know it's a 'must' for me to feel good physically and mentally.

Now at 55 I absolutely 'love' my pilates, light weights and dance exercise.
